The new two-story $12.28 million, 57,000 sq. ft. wellness center was conceived as a part of a campus-wide effort to upgrade student services. Using the CM @ Risk delivery method allows the Henry Carlson company to deliver the project for student use in January 2011.

Maroney Rural Learning Center
Howard, SD

Described as "the most extraordinary rural development project in the nation," The Henry Carlson Company will act as CM @ Risk to deliver the project's 32,500 sq. ft. $5.8 million first phase. The project will also seek a LEED Platinum certification. Completion is currently scheduled for June 2011.

South Dakota Lions Eye Bank
Sioux Falls, SD

To more fully serve those in need of eye and tissue transplants, the South Dakota Lions Eye Bank chose The Henry Carlson Company as CM @ Risk for their new 16,000 sq. ft. $3.5 million facility which is scheduled for completion in September of 2010.

Sanford Heart Hospital
Sioux Falls, SD

To support the Heart and Vascular Center of Excellence at Sanford Health, a 203,000 sq. ft., $53 million heart hospital broke ground in the fall of 2009. The new heart hospital will house 58 patient beds, 9 catherization labs, and 5 operating rooms. Outpatient services will include nuclear medicine, stress testing, and echo evaluation of the heart. The heart hospital is slated for competion in November 2011.
